Terms and Conditions
By checking this box you are agreeing to all of the terms of service set forth. You are agreeing to pay $59.95 per month for a membership to our service. With that membership you receive our assistance and expertise in enrolling you in the Patient Assistance Program as well as advocating on your behalf for the Patient Assistance Program. You will be billed monthly unless you call to cancel your membership.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, you may cancel at any time by calling our Customer Service department at (855) 649-7615 or emailing us at usaadvocacygroup1@gmail.com and all future charges will be cancelled.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your enrollment or if for any reason you are not approved for the Patient Advocacy Program, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
